Basic Function/Scope:

Servers primarily work at catering events delivering food and beverages to clients and/or ensuring serving containers are full.
Responsibilities

Client and Customer Satisfaction/Relations


  • Serve clients with a pleasant attitude.
  • Provide a clean environment and pleasant dining experience.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide timely service to all clients.
  • Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure serving containers are full using the First In, First Out (FIFO) technique.

Financial

  • Eliminate waste wherever possible.

Leadership and Managerial Skills

  • Assist coworkers in providing timely service.
