TRICOM is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Cash Management team. The Cash Management Accounts Receivable Associate maintains a portfolio of clients, builds relationships with clients and coworkers, and establishes accuracy with a low amount of errors in their day-to-day work by following establishes procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintains stellar customer service with a portfolio of clients. 


  • Inputs and applies accounts receivable payments.


  • Prepares weekly profit statements and other reports for clients.


  • Provides funding to clients.


  • Files paperwork related to their own portfolio on an ongoing basis.


  • Assists the ACH department with data entry related duties.


Qualifications:


  • Associates Degree or equivalent


  • 0-3 years of work experience


  • Advanced computer skills
