This Senior Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of all Food Services student employee hiring, will serve as the Room and Board Work Program Coordinator, will represent the department of University Operations at employment recruitment events, and will complete essential administrative and clerical duties to advance the department. Exceptional customer service is a requirement of the position. With training, this person must be able to answer routine questions from students and their families about employment opportunities and expectations. Must have the ability to learn, retain, and apply personnel policies and human resources adminstration procedures, as well as the ability to problem solve. Communication with campus users is a large part of this position, and this person must have the ability to effectively communicate with assorted audiences via email, phone and in person.
This position will report to the Directors of Talent and Organizational Development for University Operations. This position will frequently interact with OU Payroll, Operations Finance Payroll and other units.
