What are we looking for?
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain
1-2 years of logistics Project Administration and/or
Operational Customer Service Experience within Transportation or Logistics Industry
Ability to run Business Intelligence reporting
Preferred
Transportation industry knowledge, including key terminology; and general knowledge of primary customer industries
Demonstrated customer service mindset
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools
What will be your key responsibilities?
Customer Relationship Consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc.
Project related cost reduction: participate in committees aimed at identifying and executing approved cost reduction initiatives.
Perform data collection analysis, benchmark rate achievement, automation objectives, expedite decisions and cost, etc.
Financial Procedures and Operating Metrics Monthly/Quarterly KPI calculation and release to customer using ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Manage the Logistics Specialists to ensure day to day operations goals are achieved
