Position Overview:
The job profile for this position is Technology Project Manager Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing production support solutions across multiple towers in Cigna and Evernorth Technology. They will work closely with level two production support stakeholders to identify, trend, and solution cross-tower issues and collaboratively manage a backlog alongside Cigna contractors. The backlog will consist of items requiring triage and resolution, with a focus on root cause elimination or automation. This position requires a high degree of organizational awareness in the production support space, technological savvy, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a book of business. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, drive collaboration, and model an enterprise mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Works with Cigna production support (L2) leadership to identify significant challenges and assess the impact to all stakeholders.

• Works with Cigna consultants from multiple suppliers (offshore, nearshore) that are aligned in purpose to resolving major issues, reducing production support work effort, and eliminating customer impact.

• Collaborate with Cigna teams in production support (L1, L1.5, L2), delivery (L3), infrastructure, architecture, and quality engineering.

• With supporting teams, identify potential for root cause elimination (e.g. code fix, patching, data change, or deferring defects), root cause remediation, or production support automation.

• Maintain a backlog of work (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) and identify the proper team that can resolve the issue, which may be outside of their area of traditional responsibility or experience.

• Create reporting to demonstrate the impact of the solutions through the reduction of work, financial impact, customer savings, et cetera.

• Work with the vendor management lead and the supporting lead team to identify additional opportunities for organizational savings or enterprise-wide solutions within production support, delivery, and quality engineering.

Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in application production support, application architecture, software development or similar technology area.

• Familiarity with CMDB (ServiceNow), Tableau, Jira, and agile processes.

• Familiarity with SRE, DevOps, and resiliency-focused solutions.

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

• Strong leadership and influencing/negotiation skills.

• Strong intrapersonal and relationship management skills.

• This position requires a technically minded individual that is hands-on, motivated and collaborative. They must have with exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse teams of technical analysts, business users and Technology leaders

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 118,200 - 197,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
