This Industrialization Coordinator in North Kingstown, RI is responsible for creating, installing, maintaining setup on all production equipment and for receiving, scheduling and making changes to the setups as requested by the customers in the database manifest. Responsibilities also includes introduction of new products, developing setups for Cards and Carrier for new items and programs as well as changes to existing programs which includes testing, scheduling and implementing new setups, releases and changes. You will troubleshoot and help resolve production or product issues. You will act as a liaison between Customer Service and Production and will interact with SWAT, IPS, OE, PMs, Process Engineers and Technical Consultants as required.

Key Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain machine level setups, which includes, job setups, card setups, data setups, form setups, audit setups, stock setups, template setups and production option setup.

  • Receive changes from Customer Service, Project Teams & other teams requesting changes.

  • Update changes in the customer database as requested.

  • Update card validation scripts like GPCs and Personalization, etc.,

  • Provide Mag and EMV track read to the Technical consultant for confirmation. 

  • Update MasterCard for recent changes to maintain certification.

  • Help production reload MRDF and I-cam files for Inserters.

  • Onboarding new profiles and testing them before send for live production.

  • Deploy new keys for introducing new profiles and clients.

  • Support the production floor as the first point of contact with personalization issues.

  • Maintain changes for Carriers and activation labels.

  • Use the de-conversion process to remove setups or customers.

  • Report issues to Customer Service team for customer file and data issues.

  • Industrialization of new products, project and equipment for production floor.

  • Industrialize products from other sites for BCP purposes.

  • Coordinate all customer test requests.

  • Work within the framework of Visa, MasterCard and Discover certification requirement.

  • Ensure the guidelines set by PCI & HSE followed at all times. 

Required Skills and Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

  • 2+ years of experience in database utilization.

  • Understanding of Data Card equipment setups and processing change.

  • Complete understanding of equipment used in production.

  • Experience with transactional systems.

  • Previous experience working in an Industrialization or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.

  • Multi-task oriented with good organizational skills.

  • Positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

  • Must be computer literate, with advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Reasonable knowledge of Thales applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Demands


  • Must be able to perform responsibilities of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Wear safety shoes when on the production floor.
