JOB SUMMARY

Directs and supervises the activities of dealers in order to assure proper performance and compliance with the company's established policies and procedures. Has the authority to issue markers to players authorized for credit. Maintains records of all credit issued and ensures guests do not exceed limit. Orders fills and credits to properly maintain table bankrolls. Observes hotel and casino guests and keeps casino Shift Manager informed of all activities. Handles complaints from subordinates and guests. Acts as a customer relations representative.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but is not limited to the following.)


  • Practice excellent guest relations
  • Track players
  • Enlist new players in Player's Club
  • Supervise dealers
  • Process fills/credits/markers and maintain records of them
  • Maintain table inventories
  • Change cards and dice as needed
  • Monitor players to insure integrity of games

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • Minimal computer literacy is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of games within work area.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years table games experience
  • Must have Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Must have permit to work in the U.S.
