At P&S Tax Prep Partners we are looking for self motivated, ambitious individual who are eager to constantly learn. We open our doors for tax season starting December 12.

As a Tax Associate , you will be responsible for providing guidance, explaining, preparing, and completing accurately tax-related forms for clients, including multiyear, multistate, year-end tax forms and provide clients with IRS audit support. Complete E-filing, provide printed copies of returns for clients to review, sign and e-file these forms to IRS and state agencies.For most Americans, their tax return is the biggest single financial event of the year, and it can be quite an emotional experience. We are here to ease their stress and provide expert customer service and tax knowledge. We provide an invaluable service in guiding our clients through the tax codes, rules, and processes. We do this with integrity, quality, and consistency. This is something that most taxpayers do not receive from DIY or other assisted providers.

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with legislation and regulations..
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.

Flexible Schedules Available:

• Day shift

• Full-time or Part-time
