Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our origination platforms and products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: identify process improvements/enhancements and provide recommendations, research, test and implement approved efficiencies/updates and collaborate with key stakeholders on a monthly basis.  This position will also troubleshoot system issues, communicate resolutions, and collaborate with our development team to provide necessary training on product rollouts and enhancements. 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience with origination systems.  The desired candidate will have the ability to analyze processes and provide recommendations/solutions as well as demonstrated effective communication skills.  They will also have a high regard for service, collaboration and partnership.
