Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and increases high-end player profitability by building strong professional relationships, actively acquiring new VIP business, encouraging club card utilization and providing superior service and recognition.

Responsible in attending to the gaming amenities of the top 1% of the casino's data base.

Build strong relationships with their personal list of players that are specifically coded in the Executive Host's name.

Responsible for year over year revenue growth for all their coded players.

Entrusted with the highest complimentary authority of all hosts.

Responsible for the development of high theoretical new members.

Assist with planning, coordination and execution of events, promotions and sales initiatives designed to attract and maintain high-end players.

Plan and attend on and off-site VIP events, administer the benefits of the reward program and provide personalized sales and service to VIP guests.

Maintain aggressive contact with assigned VIP guests via telemarketing, written correspondence, email and personal interaction.

Consistently deliver on all departmental and individual sales goals.

Serve as a player expert for casino gaming, simulcasting and racing.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate or Bachelor degree from two to four year college; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical data, financial reports, and internal controls. Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, staff, or members of the business community. Ability to write letters and promotional materials for distribution or publication that conform to a prescribed style and format.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must be able to be licensed by the Indiana Gaming Commission.
