Job Description:

An established critical access hospital located in upstate Vermont is now searching for an experienced Night Shift Medical Laboratory Technologist to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

For more than a century, this non-profit critical access hospital has provided access and high quality care to a community of more than 30,000 residents. This location offers 24/7 emergency care, women’s health and pediatrics, imaging and laboratory services, rehabilitation care, and other acute care services.

This Night Shift Medical Technologist will join a laboratory department that is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will act as a generalist and perform clinical testing in all laboratory areas. The Medical Laboratory Technologist performs quality control, implements standardized procedures, performs maintenance on lab equipment, and interprets laboratory results. This is a full-time Night Shift position with Wednesday, Thursday, Friday hours of 6:30pm-7:00am.

Requirements Include:

• Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Science, or related field


• Medical Laboratory Technologist MLT / MT certification through ASCP


• Prior working experience in a clinical laboratory setting
