An exciting new opportunity for a Development Manager of Programs and Services is available at a successful outpatient medical center in the Northern California Bay Area. Applicants for this position must have 4+ years of direct grant development experience planning, coordinating, and managing grant-funded program(s) in a non-profit organization. 

This non-profit health center provides affordable, high-quality medical care out of four facilities and a mobile medical clinic. This beloved community institution offers a diverse range of services including Women’s Health, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Prenatal Services, Geriatric Care, HIV Care, Acupuncture, Community Education, and more.

Reporting to the Development Director, the Development Manager of Programs and Services will have two major responsibilities: 1)design and oversee the organization's grant development and administration process and 2) support the organization's key planning and implementation activities. The Development Manager will utilize their extensive knowledge and understanding of the facilities programs, project management, and program management methods to lead health center grant administration activities to ensure timely and accurate development and submission of grant reports and compliance with funder guidelines. The Development Manager works closely with program staff, finance staff, planning and development staff, and senior leaders to manage $5M+ grants portfolio, ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance, help set relevant policies and provide technical assistance as required.
