Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Clinical Laboratory will oversee all Laboratory staff and the operational management of hospital Laboratory Services. The Inpatient Laboratory Manager will focus on quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center and provides crucial support to the surrounding area. This medical center is well respected for high levels of patient care and close personal relationships within the community. Accredited by the Joint Commission, the hospital offers comprehensive services including inpatient and outpatient care, medical and surgical services, and diagnostic and emergency care.

The Inpatient Laboratory Manager will write laboratory policies and procedures, as well as evaluate and validate new equipment. The Inpatient Laboratory Manager will focus on quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
