Role Summary

This role sits on our Client and Growth Services Analytics team and works collaboratively to support our Business Partners and Clients with reporting, value add insights and data. Prepares and produces client and sales reporting for our business partners. Through data extraction, preparation, building, reporting and close communication with our business partners you will enable our business partners to advise to make smarter, better and more value added decisions.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for business partners and clients as assigned

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners in defining cadenced, ad hoc or project specific functional requirements.

  • Identify and integrate data from multiple data sources, build and/or distribute reports to business partners and clients with a strong focus on efficiency and data quality.

  • Maintain documented inventory of existing reports, routinely testing data validity and responding to inquiries regarding report details.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data task and build process improvements.

  • Take ownership in researching data and solutions and making recommendations.

  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Advice, iVista and other Cigna reporting platforms.

  • Meet service level standards and respond to partners and customers with patience, empathy and courtesy and high attention to detail.

  • Provide analysis and summarize data using Excel, Salesforce, Advice, iVista and other Cigna reporting platforms.

  • Supports Client Data Sr Analysts and business leads for builds, documentation and other projects

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor/Associate's degree in an analytics or a related field preferred or at least 1 year of related experience.

  • Previous client reporting experiencestrongly preferred

  • Exceptional systems experience, specifically using Excel, Salesforce, Advice, iVista and other Cigna reporting platforms isstrongly preferred.

  • General knowledge of insurance products, procedures and systems for the Client and Growth Service area is desired

  • Ability to work in a production-oriented reporting environment

  • Prior experience working with matrix partners and external customers ispreferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 27 - 41 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
