Position Summary

This position is responsible for payroll utilizing the payroll processing system UKG (Kronos) and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role is required to generate pay-related reporting and analytics, HR organization data management and other related compensation databases. This role is responsible to respond to employee inquiries and partner with HR team members for timely resolutions.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Administers a full cycle payroll for 1000+employees located throughout the US. Researches and resolves payroll errors and exceptions.


• Research day-to-day inquiries and provide quality responses to employee questions. Partners with other HR team members to ensure accuracy and timely resolutions.


• Maintains accurate reporting, information and compliance details as needed for the finance group, auditors, and management.


• Ensures payroll policies are followed to meet all internal and external guidelines, to include tax processes, government agency requirements, company policies, along with all other pertinent business-related requirements and regulations.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred


• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience required


• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP platform), is a plus.


• Working knowledge with the UKG Dimensions, is a plus.


• Problem solving skills and ability to work through root cause analysis in payroll, system issues and employee inquiries


• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines


• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
