Job Description:

The primary focus will be processes and governance related to Global Master Data.  The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that master data quality meets the expectations of stakeholders. They will act as the primary contact for projects or change requests involving master data.  The Master Data Analyst defines processes and rules for master data creation/maintenance and the monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.  Effective team communication, problem solving skills and the ability to understand complex processes and systems are required. This position will be part of a team that has Master Data responsibilities regarding Finished Goods, Ingredients, Bulk Cheese, Packaging and Formulas, supporting both our Global partners. 

This position is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days/week in the office and the remaining days from home. Our office is located in Green Bay, WI.

What you’ll do:


  • Act as process owner for projects and change requests involving Master Data, which includes working cross functionally with other areas of the business to meet customer needs.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent data quality issues and lead projects to implement standards or processes to prevent future data quality issues.

  • Accurately enter, review and manage item data within PLM/Optiva, Oracle, and APC.

  • Support system enhancements, including design and testing

  • Ensure data quality and data definition standards are developed and implemented

  • Provide training and support to system users and other team members

  • Work with the Master Data and Graphic Projects Team Leader to establish and maintain measurement tools to support the team.

What you need to succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Food Science,

  • 1-5 years of experience in related field (Experience with Packaging would be a plus)

  • PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Diver, Crystal Reporting, Oracle, APC, PLM/Optiva

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Capable of understanding complex processes / systems

  • Team facilitation

  • Project management

  • Inquisitive

  • Thinks cross functionally
