As a HomeTeam Sales Auditor, you can expect to:

  • Follow-up on completed sales, to include confirming services sold, answering questions, providing pricing, scheduling service(s) and providing closure for customers.

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.

  • Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers.

  • Perform data entry of ongoing service, payments, autopay information, discounts, and credits.

  • Validate technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintain customer files on computer and in filing system.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

  • Must successfully pass background and drug screening

  • Customer Service experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Computer experience

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations
