Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam Sales Auditor, you can expect to:
Follow-up on completed sales, to include confirming services sold, answering questions, providing pricing, scheduling service(s) and providing closure for customers.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers.
Perform data entry of ongoing service, payments, autopay information, discounts, and credits.
Validate technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain customer files on computer and in filing system.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Must successfully pass background and drug screening
Customer Service experience
Ability to work independently
Computer experience
Verbal and written communication skills
