This 150-bed short term acute care hospital is part of a regional health system known throughout south-central Texas. This highly respected healthcare organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care for all patients. This facility provides a range of services for their community, including emergency services, surgical services, women’s health services, and more.

This Director Hospital Quality and Safety will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Quality and Regulatory Compliance programs within the organization. Through collaboration with executive leadership, the Director Hospital Quality and Safety will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, quality improvement programs, and review/establish internal quality standards. 

The Director Hospital Quality and Safety will possess a strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and will act as a resource to hospital departmental leaders to ensure unit compliance. This leader will also oversee hospital-wide quality goals and standards and will collaborate with staff throughout the organization to assist in meeting these goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital quality leadership.
