A busy Trauma Center in Central California is actively interviewing for their next Controller. The Controller will have healthcare experience in an acute care hospital environment. The Controller will use their back in healthcare financial services to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and perform month end close, annual budget, balance sheet reconciliation, and accounting department management. Together, along with regional and market leadership, the CFO and Controller prepare the annual budget for this 450-bed teaching hospital. 

 A Controller with healthcare experience and a CPA will thrive in this position. Moreover, a Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting will provide an educational foundation to succeed in this important healthcare finance leadership position.
