Job Description:

Reichert Technologies is part of the Ultra Precision Technologies Division within the Electronic Instruments Group (EIG) of AMETEK, Inc., which is a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices with approximately 15,000 colleagues at more than 100 operating facilities and 100 sales and service locations around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Enter orders into the MAX system
  • Send information to Dealers and End Users upon request
  • Notify customers of back order situations
  • Trace customer shipments
  • Identify parts and quote pricing
  • Resolve credit issues
  • Issue RMA's for returning products and loaners
  • Provide support to our Outside Sales Representatives
  • Assist customers with documentation and foreign government certificates
  • Knowledge of export documentation
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Work closely with REICHERT Regulatory group with country registration issues
  • Assist regulatory group in processing new dealer contracts and contract reviews
  • Evaluate and resolve complex customer complaints/problems
  • Act as a back-up for the domestic customer service desk, assisting with GSA contract administration and our National account business

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service
  • Business degree a plus
  • International customer success experience a plus
  • Familiarity with export documentation and requirements
  • Strong computer skills-Word, Excel, MAX a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and strong decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer friendly, team player
