Job Description:

The Pricing Analyst position is responsible for analyzing, managing, and communicating customer pricing to maximize customer satisfaction and grow Schreiber profitability.  This position will own the analysis and maintenance of customer pricing and accruals while implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy. This partner will develop and maintain important internal relationships in order to become a further extension of sales.

What you'll do:


  • Analyze, manage, and execute customer pricing data to generate accurate price lists and invoicing.

  • Communicate pricing information to customers, brokers, and internal partners through multiple channels, including customer portal maintenance.

  • Proactively review and analyze pricing and pricing protocols at a customer level and make recommendations to reduce complexity and increase profitability.

  • Implement and manage customer programs, promotions, and accruals.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive customer and broker relationships and provide assistance to customers in order to resolve questions, issues, inquiries and complaints.

  • Perform root cause analysis on price discrepancies and implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with other Pricing Analysts to share best practices, standardize processes, and ensure data alignment.

  • Maintain and utilize Schreiber systems, i.e., Oracle Trade Management, Outlook, Diver, Tableau, and other Microsoft Office programs. 

Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
