What You’ll be Doing:
Providing excellent customer service and technical support for CBORD/Horizon approved hardware and 3rd party software products
Escalating complex issues to the immediate Manager, Systems Engineers, or Security Officer with proper documentation
Maintaining network security and handling basic file server troubleshooting
Managing the company-wide email system (Microsoft Office 365)
Imaging and deploying workstations (Windows & Mac OS)
Assisting with hardware and software purchasing
Providing support for cloud phone systems
Documenting IT support procedures and run books
Recording activities and solutions in our JIRA ticketing system
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A minimum of a High School diploma, bonus points if you have 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, Apple MacBook and macOS, Office 365, Office, and Anti-Virus software
Hands-on experience with PC maintenance, system management solutions, OS deployment tools, and full disk encryption
Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware
Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and change tasks quickly
Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills and basic Word & Excel skills
Self-directed nature with the ability to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Passion for CBORD’s customers and demonstrated professionalism
Other Requirements:
This role is a hybrid position based in our Duluth, GA office, with in-person work required Monday through Thursday, and the option to work from home on Fridays.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted in a general office environment
Driver’s License required for local driving and occasional local travel
High level of thoroughness and accuracy
