JOB SUMMARY – Senior Sales/Business Development Manager, Procurement Technology Services
Location: St. Petersburg, FL or Remote US; North America focus, global markets view
Jabil has an established Supply Chain & Procurement Services business that provides customers with end-to-end service offerings including Purchasing Services for Indirect & Direct Material, Supply Chain as a Service, Logistics Services, Procurement Technology Integration Services and Market Intelligence.
This is a highly cross functional role that is market and customer facing as the front end of the Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions team. It requires working with internal and external supply chain and procurement leaders, subject matter experts (e.g., commodity managers, SRMs, executive levels), functional leaders (procurement and supply chain), Jabil functional teams (IT, marketing, Sales).
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL
Identify Leads and Develop Initial Communication with companies interested to work with Jabil Supply Chain Solutions - Source to Pay Services – Coupa/WalkMe
Develop Working knowledge of Jabil Supply Chain Solutions Portfolio and lead the communication and sales efforts to target customers for Source to Pay Services
Develop and execute specific customer short, medium, and long-term account strategies
Managing with Operations the RFx process: understanding RFI, RFQ and RFP
Managing the S2P (Source to Pay) Services sales process including opening relationships, making introductions, presenting, initial calls, communication throughout the sales cycle and meetings
Work with Source to Pay Service Business and Operations teams to align customer support, customer response, and overall customer delight
Work with Jabil Marketing to align collateral to need case, campaigns to educate the target markets on the Jabil Supply Chain Solutions portfolio
Provide pre, attendance and post event sales support for various Conventions, Trade Shows and Industry Events related to Jabil Supply Chain Solutions – Source to Pay Services – such as Coupa Inspire
Understand, monitor and communicate industry competitive landscape
Build, Develop and Manage the Sales Pipeline and Funnel activity for Jabil Supply Chain Solutions - Source to Pay Services
Work with Sales Management to define and achieve annual KPIs for Supply Chain Solutions – Source to Pay Services
Work with our SMEs for S2P Operational Service business to define customer demands and tailor the solution to our customers’ demands
Develop executive level relationships at partner customers to fully understand and construct solutions that layer value and benefits based on the unique business model of the customer
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge of Source to Pay solutions process and sales strategy; knowledge of Coupa Spend Management platform is an advantage
Develop internal working knowledge of Jabil Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions business
Smooth transition hand off from sales process to Operational delivery team and ongoing Business management team
Services/solution sales strategy and tactical execution
Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytic skills, including ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable sales impacts
Strong communication and influencing skills
Proficiency in managing business analytics tools, sales management tools and market analysis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus in supply chain, business, communications, or engineering preferred
7-10+ years’ experience in sales, management, and/or business development of spend management platforms or SaaS required
Understand and/or working knowledge of Salesforce CRM/Sales Funnel Management tool
Expected US travel to support role, customer development: ~30%

The pay range for this role is $118,303 - $224,673. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
