What You'll Be Doing:

The Demand and Planning Analyst is responsible for planning, analysis, and procurement of finished goods. You will also be responsible for assisting with the US wholesale product forecasting process to include reporting for internal/external stakeholders, participating in weekly meetings, forecasting updates, and analysis for new product launches/closeouts. You will work on-site 4 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.


  • Analyze warehouse inventory needs, generate purchase orders, manage suppliers open POs.

  • Distribute and analyze open order reports to ensure on time deliveries.

  • Process PO line changes to accurately reflect delivery dates in SAP

  • Communicate delivery issues with Sales, Marketing, Forecasting, and Costing Dept. to identify and resolve as a team.

  • Develop and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.

  • Participate in weekly key forecasting meetings with internal and external partners.

  • Act as liaison with Sales team to address incremental inventory and sales opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and react to quickly changing priorities

  • Proven track record of working as part of a cross functional team.

  • 3+ years of experience or education related to supply chain, logistic or consumer products is preferred.

  • Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP preferred.
