IT & Finance departments within Arthrex to Manage and support Arthrex Application Systems, including but not limited to SAP systems. Deliver timely and quality solutions based on SAP Finance and its satellite applications. Manage the expectations of Arthrex business leaders and effectively balancing the priorities and capacity of the SAP COE Finance team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Management and mentorship of SAP COE Finance Applications team
Ensure project and task deadlines for team are met, and maintaining high performance on SLAs for assignments
Assist in longer-term applications strategy, including investigation of new systems and planning of upgrades
Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members and as well as other teams
Project and program management for both departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives
Ensure team is maintaining documentation and change control
Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies
Meet regularly with departments to solicit feedback on needs
Responsible for 2nd/3rd level support for SAP Finance topics and maintains a high performance on the SLAs
Works as a project manager for smaller projects in the SAP Finance area and makes sure deadlines are met while also actively contributing to projects and initiatives (as either stream lead or team member)
Assist in preparation of budgets

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required preferably in computer science or related field
MBA Preferred
10+ years' experience with SAP Finance applications required
5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required
Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of SAP application required
Leadership experience in enterprise applications, including some combination of direct supervision, team lead, or project management responsibilities required
Experience in analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements/specifications required
Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices required
Vast hands-on experience on configuring and customizing SAP Finance modules required
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment required (Medical Device Manufacturing experience desirable)
Experience working in a projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure a plus
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP certification are a plus
Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
Independent work ethics, self-driven and open-minded
Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level
Ability to manage conflict
In-depth knowledge of several business functions and related software applications.
