What you will do

Why would you be excited about being a Sr. Digital Systems Analyst, Customer Experience Applications at Clarios? This IT role partners with IT and Business leadership to support and enable the new Customer Experience Strategy and Goals across our Global landscape. 

How you will do it

• Be a strategic IT partner who supports business strategy development and helps drive business value results through digital technologies such as websites, mobile apps,  marketing automation, learning management solutions, etc.


• Provide system design to support successful strategic alignment/prioritization between business stakeholders and IT related organizations, as well as a thorough understanding of company business processes.


• Responsible for planning, estimating, designing, testing and implementing digital technologies and applications supporting overall Business goals for our 85+ global websites

• Analyze existing websites for usability, performance issues, SEO and Google Analytics potential


• Oversee the overall web architecture and guide the development teams for website, mobile, social media apps and integrated tools


• Troubleshoot technical issues, assist in identifying the source of the problem and drive to remediation


• Serve as a liaison between the Business Analyst and the development team to deliver design solutions


• Manage the development process by working with programmers, designers, and other team members


• Working with leaders to define success measures & metrics. Track defined metrics to measure success of features/solutions, help to analyze results and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations


• Provide consultancy in preparing business cases as needed to realize IT function added value to business outcomes


• Develop design materials and be capable to present to upper management


• Communicate product portfolio reports to provide timely, accurate status and decision support information to stakeholders and leadership

Focus on Strategy Development

• Bring technology insights into the enterprise strategy development; develop roadmaps to align technology investment with enterprise objectives


• Stay current with emerging technical innovations, infrastructure, and application development technologies to ensure a website is compatible with current standards


• Explore innovations and technical/process improvements that will lead to operational efficiency, automation and/or enhanced business impact


• Research and understand technology and non-technology trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's technology strategy, direction, and architecture

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ideally with a focus on web development / architecture.


• Minimum of 6 years of experience in web architecture, CMS, SEO, Google Analytics and other web solutions that support ecommerce, marketing, and related systems/applications.


• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong people skills, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholders.


• Experience working with web development tools such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript MySQL, git, CSS, C#, XML, etc.


• Familiar with tools such as Sitefinity or Sitecore CMS, Google Analytics, Semrush, Hotjar, Hubspot, etc. preferred


• Familiar with web hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure, domain procurement, web SSL certificates, web security, etc.


• Experience with agile methodology and working with JIRA or other agile systems


• Ability to travel (less than 5% if needed)
