As an Assembler at Arcosa, you’ll assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components sub-assemblies, assemblies, and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. The Assembler will also fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements, and repair units or products that have failed to meet requirements.

Preferred Experience: Up to 1 Year
Certifications: Applicable Torque Certification from Arcosa
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools and hardware (i.e. bolts & nuts), ability to read and follow written instructions, electrical wiring experience and the ability to match-up sub-assembly to the final product
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Insert and/or attach sub-assemblies with appropriate hardware
Attach complex sub-assemblies and/or parts with appropriate hardware
Apply appropriate torque sequence and values
Read and follow complex instructions
Operate mobile equipment
Maintain attendance within acceptable standards.
