The RN Assistant Manager Oncology will be assisting the manager in the daily operations, supervise patient care services to ensure patient safety, and be responsible for learning and monitoring departmental budget. They will also assist in meeting patient care requirements in accordance with physician instructions, hospital policies, and approved patient care standards. The ideal candidate will have prior 2 years of clinical experience within oncology and prior experience demonstrating supervisory skills or leadership.
