The Assistant Director of Cardiothoracic ICU will oversee operations and nursing and join a professional, dedicated staff. The Assistant Director Cardiothoracic ICU will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, budget management, staff development and be service oriented and patient experience focused. 

The Assistant Director of Cardiothoracic ICU will have a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a Master's preferred.  In addition, they will have 3 years of critical care experience with 2 years of management.
