Assistant Property Manager at Housing Management Resources in Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our apartment community,  Newberry Estates in Williamsport, PA. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD. You will be assisting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property as well as taking on assigned tasks and duties. 

Pay: $20-22/hr

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and recertifications for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) or HUD programs (Section 8) is required 
  


• Ability to take responsibility for the performance of the community, the well-being of residents, and the collaborative success of the team.


• Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the organization 


• Experience with administrative and leasing functions, especially within residential property management
