Job Description:

The Digital Solution Architect Intern will help in delivering software solutions to ACR.
This position will be a key contributor in digital transformation, and hybrid solutions integrating systems of engagement, systems of record and systems of insight. The role helps identify benefits and risks while effectively communicating the value and opportunity of emerging technologies. This role is techno/functional and requires a business-savviness as well as knowledge of technologies including business and digital systems.
Duties and responsibilities:

Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
Create automated workflow processes
Support other SaaS applications
Other duties assigned

Expected Benefit to Intern/Expected Benefit to Organization:
This role is suited for MIS major with no prior software development knowledge. At the end of the program, the student will learn Microsoft's core applications such as PowerApps, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
At the end of the program, the intern will learn ACR's core business and becomes the subject matter expert for applications, solution design, and best practices within the Digital team.
Specified Skills Required (Technical, Functional, Computer Programs, Soft Skills, etc.):

Service oriented
Need strong MS Office skills
No specific application, programming, or infrastructure skills are required

Required Qualifications:
In order to deliver on-going value to ACR, our technology department retains interns on a part time basis post internship and leading up to graduate. The intent is to convert to a full-time employee should an opening be available. We have been successful using this methodology.
