Merz is a family-owned medical device and pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany. Our Global Technical Operations based in WI manufactures, packages and ships several innovative products so that people all over the world can live better, feel better, and look better.


Key Responsibilities



  • Works with contract manufacturers and service centers to coordinate forecasts, production, and cross functional team concerns to supplier

  • Manages finished goods inventory levels, DSI, inventory costs on hand in warehouse and sets appropriate levels based on the needs of the business.

  • Resolve service center operational challenges by proactively managing materials and repair cycle times.

  • Work with various teams including Marketing, R&D, QA and Engineering to implement changes, introduce new products and support projects


Education



  • College degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field required

  • APICS, Lean/Six Sigma Certification


Experience



  •  Minimum 3 years of supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, or service knowledge required

  • Medical products industry knowledge required 


Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
