is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a proven ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and overall facility maintenance and must possess

or be able to quickly obtain

basic knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met by continuous development and education.

Average Starting Pay - $30.00/hour (Pay Based Upon Experience)

$.55 shift differential for 2nd shift

$3,000 retention bonus

Profit sharing

2nd Shift (12-hour shifts - Continental Schedule):

• Complete a thorough development plan and job shadowing on an established schedule
• Ability to complete online and campus courses as needed
• Complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned
• Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction
• Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as required
