WAVE is currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician to join our team!
This position is responsible for all activities associated with the maintenance of facility operations. This person is responsible for maintaining and operating production equipment to optimize availability
quality and speed inclusive of both mechanical and electrical subsystems.
General Responsibilities:
repair
and install equipment in compliance with all plant codes
policies and procedures.
hand tools
power tools
and precision -measuring instruments.
repair and installation of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
scissor and aerial lifts to perform job assignments (will train).
Saturday overtime may be required.
hydraulic and electrical control systems.
repair
and rebuild mechanical components.
shafts
couplings
motors
gear boxes etc.
troubleshooting
and repairing PLCs
HMIs
control systems
and motors.
repair or replace defective parts and wiring.
conduit
electrical panels and other accessory components.
