Develops the strategy and vision to usher a project from inception through completion; creates teams and collaborations that understand the project's direction. Communicates direction through words or actions to inspire team members to reach goals. Also responsible for planning and budgeting. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks in and out of the OR. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The research fellow will report to the Chief of Thyroid and Parathyroid Endocrine Surgical Division at the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. The research fellow is expected to work on research projects in both the operative room and the clinic.



Qualifications

Requires a Masters and/or Ph.D in their field of specialty. 1 to 5 years experience preferred.
