Job Description:

The Physician's Assistant participates in the delivery of in-person and virtual care n the Primary Care setting by performing initial and follow up consults, assisting in care during procedures as well as independent performance of approved clinical functions. this role involves Virtual Primary Care, utilizing an innovative "virtual first" model where you will use State of the Art Live audio-video technology to perform consultations remotely. This individual will work closely with the supervising physician for both virtual and in-person care. The PA will participate in quality/performance improvement programs t ensure compliance with quality standards of care.



Qualifications

1. Certificate of registration from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Physician Assistants.


2. Demonstrated analytical abilities and strong interpretative skills for integrating information from the patient history, physical exam, and


diagnostic data to be able to formulate a differential diagnosis and


subsequent treatment plan for patients.


3. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving


skills.


4. Evidence of continued education and professional development.


5. Pediatric Experience required


6. CPR (BLS) certification required.
