We are a full-service plumbing, HVAC contractor and is looking for a Service Manager to develop, grow and lead the commercial service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that wants to take charge of this department and grow it.
What You Will Be Doing " Coordinate and dispatch current service techs and ensure service orders are completed and issues are resolved.
"Hire, train and coach new plumbing and HVAC service technicians.
"Actively seek out new sales and service opportunities.
"Visit existing and generate new leads and provide bids for services and projects.
"Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
"Develop new processes and procedures to streamline and improve service department efficiency.
"Provide timely and accurate billings for service jobs.
What You Need for this Position " Must have technical HVAC experience and/or at least 5 years as a Service Manager.
"Strong oral and written communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
"Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC Systems.
"A high level of technical and organizational skills.
"Must be self-motivated and have a strong desire to lead and grow this division of the company.
"Must be a U.S. Citizen or be authorized to work in USA.
