POSITION SUMMARY:

* Collect and assemble records/data into the prescribed format.

* Analyze data to ensure records meet regulatory and hospital standards.

* Implement practitioner completion process.

* Uphold levels of security and confidentiality to execute appropriate release of information.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma. AA preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: CCS, CCA, CPC, RHIT, RHIA preferred or test eligible preferred

EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of inpatient record experience in an acute care hospital setting. Acute inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.

As mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) all employees and regular contractors of Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco are required to obtain the COVID-19 Vaccine or receive approval for an exception prior to date of hire.
