We are a rapidly growing diverse Commercial and Industrial Construction company in the McPherson area. We focus on multiple markets including heavy industrial, oil & gas, commercial, municipal utilities, and landscape maintenance and irrigation. We are looking for our next Superintendent to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing - Manage production and execution of subcontractors and vendors
- Attend and provide input in pre-construction meetings, be familiar with the scope of work and contractual deliverables, the project schedule, plans, specifications, and budget
- Maintain construction schedule and identify/resolve problems as necessary
- Develop project schedule with the project team and ensure subcontractors are in line with master schedule
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years experience as a Superintendent with Civil experience
- Experience with Concrete, Dirtwork, or Utility
- Valid drivers license
