What You Will Be Doing As our Lead BPM Developer you will be responsible for leading small tams in the design, development, testing, and implementation of process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software. This is a client-facing role that will require you to work with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the customer's IT needs.
What You Need for this Position Must have at least 5+ years of experience with:
- Designing Tools with Appian BPM platform
- BPM (Business Process Management
- Software Development (SDLC - .NET, Java, Visual Basic, C#, etc.)
- Root-Cause Analysis
- Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Process Automations
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
- Process Design and Process Improvement

Appian Level 1 Certification required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI is preferred).
