Job Description:

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Collections individual.

You will performs basic duties to collect past due payments from customers and assist with general billing questions in a fast paced environment.  Your schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch)

 What you will do:

• Collect on past due accounts/generate past due letters.


• Follow up with customers that have payment issues.


• Accurately and promptly document account activity


• Handle basic customer service issues.  


• Complete daily work based on established guidelines

What you bring to the job:

• Positive approach to handling difficult situations.


• Tolerant and able to cope with stressful interactions


• 1 -2 years minimum of Collections, Data Entry and Customer Service experience


• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Excellent customer service skills
