Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking for a Supply Planning Analyst. The Supply Planning Analyst is a key supply chain role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle. Creating a global supply plan that provides forward looking visibility to supply availability for each region. This will be an impactful role in long term supply chain planning and the continuous alignment between the inventory supply and forecasted demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Owner of Supply Allocation Review based on supply availability from internal and/or external suppliers.

2. Work closely with demand and supply chain teams to translate and validate demand plans into a supply plan projection.

3. Create and monitor KPIs related to adherence to Supply Plan and alignment of stakeholders by analyzing supply trends to anticipate shortfalls or exceptions

4. Develop strategies for analysis. Build, collect, and transform data into information to draw conclusions, and to present and execute proposals supported by the analysis.

5. Identify and communicate potential supply availability gaps or risks.

6. Provide input to supply execution teams from deviations in supply or demand plans.

7. Make recommendations for supply strategy based on regional constraints such as regulatory approvals.

8. Share supply plan gap analysis to internal manufacturing teams as an input to capacity review.

9. Communicate supply plans and deviations to key stake holders globally. Participating in cross-functional meetings utilizing tools and resources to provide supply details to help drive tactical and strategic decisions.

10. Identify opportunities across the network to balance supply gaps and best utilize inventories.

11. Support to build relationship and trust within the global supply chain and operations teams

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Required; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.

• International experience preferred.

• 3 Years related experience required.

• ERP systems concept knowledge is required. SAP ECC or APO experience preferred.

• Ability to understand KPIs/metrics is highly required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/ Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Strong organizational, analytical, collaboration, and problem solving skills are required. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision is required. Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong influencing, persuading, good verbal and written communication skills with all levels and strong attention to detail are also required.

Machine, Tools and/or Equipment Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
