*This is a full time position, 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday. Every other weekend is required!"
*Starting pay is $22 / hour!


The Care Partner / Scheduler will create and manage Care Partner schedules according to the community's staffing model. Will provide ongoing support to ensure schedule stays up to date on a day to day basis. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia, and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.

The Care Partner / Scheduler will:



  • Create and manage Care Partner schedules within community budget.

  • Communicate call outs to Coordinators of Health and Wellness and Director of Health and Wellness.

  • Manage daily scheduling issues from Care Partners during normal business hours.

  • Assist Coordinator of Health and Wellness by sending Voicefriend messages to fill nursing and care partner shifts.

  • Assist Director of Health and Wellness with interviewing Care Partner candidates.

  • Communicate with newly hired Care Partners about the orientation process and creates training schedules.

  • Collaborate with Lead Care Partners to create neighborhood assignments and monitor Care Partner breaks.

  • Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service.

  • Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.

  • Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of all community residents.

  • Perform all other duties as requested.


Education Requirements:



  • CNA or Home Health Aide certification is required.

  • Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.

  • Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
