Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Nursing Director of Quality Improvement is available at an organization in Northern Wisconsin.

This 300+ bed hospital services over 14 counties and is recognized nationally for its quality of care and patient satisfaction scores. The health system is also named as a top 15 Health System by IBM Watson Health. It provides services to Northern and Central Wisconsin as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  This organization utilizes over 300 providers to capture over 30 different specialty areas.

The RN Director of Quality Improvement will be responsible for providing leadership oversite of Infection Prevention, Performance Improvement and the Patient Experience.  A key focus will be on implementing process improvement initiatives to decrease clinical variation, cost, and increase quality, efficiency, and patient safety.  The Nursing Director of Quality Improvement will partner with the Manager of Infection Prevention, Quality and Patient Experience Leaders to enhance the outcomes of the organization.
