Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for a Transportation Coordinator. This role sits in our Bolingbrook, IL location. We're looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service and problem solving skills to join our team! This person will be responsible for ensuring all shipments are planned and monitoring service levels from vendors and Enru facilities. The transportation coordinator is responsible for optimizing orders within Oracle Transportation Management System (OTM) tools. This is an entry level or senior role depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all ready to ship orders are planned to shipments
• Optimize load planning, own load factor
• Coordinate with shipping and delivery locations to set appointment
• Confirm appointments with inbound/outbound facilities and update shipments in OTM
• Assign carriers by order type and service required
• Handle refusals and redirects
• First point of contact for carrier shipment issues
• Track and trace shipments by monitoring FourKites and reaching out to assigned carriers
• Update customer success team on carrier delays/issues
• Disposition on validity of carrier accessorial charges and update OTM shipments when needed
• Manage document submissions and reach out to carriers for any missing paperwork
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Based on the technical and professional responsibilities of the position, the Transportation Coordinator is required to have:

• Relevant work experience, actual title dependent on experience and skills level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
