Track, monitorand pay commissions to all of the field based sales reps for Medline. Responsiblefor understanding all pertinent reports and calculations pertaining to the repscommission and other pay components.
CORE JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
Serveas the point person for all year-end bonus calculations and auditing ofresults.
Responsiblefor the upkeep, auditing and integrity of all quota tracking reports internallyand externally across all sales forces we manage.
Responsiblefor monitoring the year-end bonus accrual worksheets and to report changes andsuggestions to accruals being booked in the financials.
Willwork closely with the Director of Sales/Commission analysts to monitor pay planchanges to ensure reps are not over or underpaid as well as monitoring theresults of the quota changes in the quota tracking reports.
Adhoc reporting as it pertains to diving into quota and pay issues that arise.
Willaide in the setup of all quotas (primary and secondary) at the start of year aswell as work with the Director of Sales to create all the appropriate quotaletters for each sales force.
Willaide in the set-up of all pay plan changes with the year-end change over aswell as any set up throughout the year.
Responsiblefor auditing monthly 12 month rolling trend report and escalating any payconcerns to the Director.

Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years of analysis experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables and formulas).
