ASPIRE Program Overview:


The ASPIRE Program is a 12-24-month rotational program beginning in June 2023 with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, on-going learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader.



What we need:



Mohawk is looking for an ASPIRE Supply Chain Candidate who will support all functions of supply chain including Purchasing, Distribution, Delivery Ops, and Transportation. This role will require gathering data, model building, data analytics, partnerships across manufacturing and product management, and reporting.



What you'll do:

• 
  Purchasing: Run projects through entire process from data gathering, modeling, industry analysis, and requirements gathering. RFP execution and implementation.
• 
  Distribution: Data analytics, assist with proactive resolutions for order issues, and building reports for auto-generation using Power BI or BOTS.
• 
  Delivery Ops: Work with the routing team to develop new reports to aid in delivery operations across entire Mohawk fleet
• 
  Transportation: Mohawk private fleet versus common career expense and expansion

What you have:

• Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a master's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field
• Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
• Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
• Permanent work authorization in the United States
• A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
