Service Sales Representative, Commercial Roofing Location: Miami, FL and Broward County/Palm Beach and Fort Myers, Fl
Pay: $50-75k base with commission (OTE $100-150k)

The Role:
In your role as an Outside Sales Representative, you will work in a business-to-business setting in which you will cover an assigned territory and build a portfolio of accounts via prospecting and referrals. This is a base-plus-commission sales position with a relatively long sales cycle, and commissions are paid quarterly.

What You Will Be Doing Sales and bidding of Commercial Roofing, including service, maintenance and repairs to commercial and industrial customers.
Responsible for creating qualified leads, evaluating opportunities, preparing repair estimates, preparing service proposals and obtaining contract work through account management and networking.
Perform roof inspections, evaluations and provide solutions to our customers needs.
Communicate effectively with the service operations team to provide accurate information to ensure customer expectations are met
What You Need for this Position "COMMERCIAL ROOFING AND/OR SHEET METAL KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED. MIAMI-DADE NOA KNOWLEDGE A PLUS
"Minimum three (3) years of construction industry experience in management is a must with emphasis on all facets of business including but not limited to customer relations, extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and requirements
"Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
"Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates
