IT Analyst (HRIS) at The Doe Run Company in St Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

The Doe Run Company is currently seeking an IT Analyst (HRIS) to provide technical analyst for the Human Resources Systems. Responsible for maintaining, integrating, and improving the functionality of the HR systems. Responsible for troubleshooting, designing, testing, and implementing people-related systems, upgrades and conversions. This position is based out of our St. Louis Office.


 


Responsibilities: 



  1. Enhance, implement, and support Doe Run’s HR systems including, but not limited to, UKG, BSwift, Success Factors, Navex, Timekeeping and Workforce Management systems. Ensure efficient business process automation. Participate in the HR and IT teams. Monitors outside vendors to ensure excellent execution for benefits and talent management.

  2. Manage and assist in the configuration of integrations of existing HR systems as well as annual pay for performance, Variable Pay calculations, Certify, Active Directory, and Payroll processes including Vacation, Personal Days, Overtime, Production Bonuses and other systems as needed.

  3. Responsible for report writing, fully leveraging the UKG Cognos Business Intelligence tool and train HR and IT staff in use of the tools.

  4. Responsible for System Administration of UKG including auditing, monitoring, and correcting errors on the benefits eligibility files, success factors upload, annual ACA reporting, and annual compliance reporting.

  5. Participate in ITIL Change management process and IT applications team semi-monthly meetings and act as the HIPAA Security Officer.

  6. Other duties as assigned.


 


Education & Experience: 



  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Systems or IT

  • Valid driver’s license


 


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 



  • Advanced Knowledge of Human Resources Software as a Service (SaaS) products

  • Advanced Knowledge of reporting with COGNOS and SQL

  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office and windows operating systems for Active Directory and OKTA

  • Advanced Knowledge of Human Resource Systems including UKG, Success Factors, Bswift


 


Environmental Conditions, Physical & Lifting Requirements: 



  • Utilize computer and telephone regularly. 

  • Work is generally performed in an office setting with moderate noise from computer  and office equipment. 

  • Regular repetitive wrist and/or finger movement, frequent sitting, hearing, standing, walking, and reaching with arms and hands.  . Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and precise hand-eye coordination with concentrated attention.

  • Regularly lift 5 pounds, frequently 15 pounds and occasionally 25 pounds.
