We are a growing commercial general contracting company, established in 2011 and headquartered just outside of Nashville, TN, that serves the commercial construction needs of various industries throughout the Southeast United States, including restaurant, retail, medical, etc. We take pride in the relationships we build, generating repeat business among our customers who return to us for our friendly, quality service, and, with over 10 years of being in business, many team members have been with us since our start, and have even retired with us.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skill level, a performance-based bonus structure, a truck and/or truck allowance, gas stipends, and the ability to receive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits. Our shifts normally run Monday-Friday, but weekend work is available if needed.

What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the daily project milestones, working to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. You will be organized and detail-oriented, and you will focus on demonstrating a customer-first philosophy, by understanding our clients plans and expectations and effectively communicating with them throughout all stages of the project. Last but not least, you'll make sure to correspond daily with our superintendents and staff to stay updated on performance and progress.
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of commercial construction experience, with:
- A strong background (well-versed) in tenant build out and remodel for restaurants and retail
- Ground-up experience is PREFERRED
- Understanding of architectural and MEP drawings
- Understanding of project financials and budgets
- Willingness to receive constructive feedback for improvement and growth
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
